financial crime activities such as customer due diligence (KYC), customer tax status (CTS) management, transactional monitoring and privacy / data requests.
Due to the rapid growth of the team, we are now looking for a Senior Manager Operations Capability & Change who will initiate and lead us through a transformational journey to Operational Excellence.
Reporting to the Head of International Operations, you will develop, lead and execute an Operational Excellence roadmap whilst fostering a culture of Continuous Improvement (CI), constantly finding better ways to balance service and efficiency.
You will pride yourself on your strong growth mind-set and on your ability to drive best practices and strategic initiatives.
With a constant lens on the business context and drivers, you will be responsible for the uplift of various operational structures, people capabilities and change management.
