About the role :

Come join our L&OD team as our Learning Business Partner! If you have a sense of humour, like to laugh out loud, a lot - then you'll want to join this vibrant team.

The team is ready to welcome another new member with a huge amount of curiosity that will challenge the norm and build fantastic stakeholder relations.

This role is full time and based in Newmarket. Which is a hub for all things entertainment. You will love being based here however your bank account may not agree!

In this role you will help develop human centred design learning solutions that incorporate best practice instructional design and foster and embed a True learning culture.

You will provide variation of learning, learning technology and learning design support and services that are practical, innovative and enhance capability building.

What you'll get involved in :

  • Conduct needs analysis to determine programme objectives;
  • Produce engaging and effective learning solutions via robust needs analysis;
  • Define storyboards, outline curriculum or programme;
  • Articulate and present creative ideas to others;
  • Create end user guides, instructions, specifications;
  • Conduct needs analysis to determine programme objectives;
  • Research and analyse alternative / emerging digital learning methodologies, technologies;
  • Align learning governance within content and other learning collateral.
  • Learning & Organisation development strategy planning and deployment
  • What you'll bring to the role :

  • Experience in the successful development of learning materials;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects;
  • Experience in Financial business areas (preferred)
  • Experience in working with AGILE Hybrid methodology and design thinking;
  • Up to date knowledge of industry trends and educational resources;
  • Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of learning material;
  • Experience Docebo (preferred) or other Learning Management Systems (LMS);
  • Understanding and / or use of eLearning and digital learning solution technology and tools.
  • Experience in conducting, testing and trialling new design solutions, technologies and equipment - preferred;
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and understand the implications of such technologies;
  • Exposure / capability to co-ordinate LMS administrative tasks.
