Key responsibilities include :
Take ownership of your designs and bring to life creative solutions to complex problems
Collaborate with engineers, marketting and business stakeholders to drive the evolution of our products for capital markets
Detailed designs delivered just in time for development team consumption
Concept design of potential future products and features
Applying and improving our design and usability methodology
Contribute to the Jarden design system

You have a degree in Design or an equivalent tertiary qualification. You possess an understanding or are curious about fintech and the world of capital markets.
You have strong verbal and written communication skills and can confidently interact with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
You're a fast learner, picking new concepts up quickly and enjoy working closely together with your team to bring value to your stakeholders.
You want to work in an environment of continuous improvement, ready to both learn from and uplift others. Ultimately, you are passionate about what you do and have a high interest in keeping up with best practice in your areas of expertise.
In addition, you
have a well articulated portfolio showcasing your work and process
are experienced with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma and Invision. Adobe Suite is a plus
are able to be creative according to brand guidelines and design systems
are looking for efficient ways to achieve your tasks and remain curious about the workflow of others
have worked in Agile / Scrum teams
have a good understanding of development constraints
are able to explain your design choices based on research (personas, journey maps, surveys, user feedback)
are willing to confront your design by user testing it in a constructive way.
