Our client is a high-profile organisation engaged in a headline-grabbing development project.

An opportunity is available for an experienced and detail focused accounts payable professional to work under the project office for an initial period of 6 months.

Given the nature of these things, there is potential that the role could extend further from that point, or that other opportunities might open up within the group.

Key accountabilities will include :

  • Administration / processing of Project Office Invoices and payment vouchers
  • Attend to supplier queries and resolve issues relating to payment
  • Processing of monthly Project Office Corporate Traveler and Air New Zealand Travelcard invoices
  • Raising Hire Orders, Supply Orders and Works Orders in a timely manner as requested
  • Electronic filing of all invoices and orders in supplier folders on the shared drive
  • Maintaining Hire Equipment Registers and sending up to date registers to Site Management weekly
  • Maintaining site Asset Registers
  • Maintaining open standing orders. Assist Commercial Manager with forecasting by ensuring all open standing orders are entered onto monthly forecasting spreadsheets by month end
  • Chairing the monthly Health & Safety Leadership Forum meetings and distributing minutes
  • Be an active member of the Health & Wellbeing committee, including creating and distributing of monthly Health & Wellbeing newsletter
  • Assisting the Office Manager with Office Management duties as required
  • Participation in adhoc projects and / or undertaken duties outside immediate role as required
