We are looking for suitably qualified or experienced technicians who are passionate about their career, have a strong interest in agriculture, equipment and the people they support.
The ideal candidate will be prepared to step out of their comfort zone to ensure they continue to develop their skills and abilities.
To ensure we offer the best response time to our clients, our technicians perform a mixture of routine servicing, breakdown response and major repair work.
No two days will be the same, and generally you will get to follow a job from diagnosis to completion.
Our clients need the job done right first time, to achieve this we have heavily invested in diagnostic and test equipment.
You will be set up in a well-appointed service vehicle, and be provided with your own laptop, smart phone, etc.
A willingness to upskill is a must. Power Farming offers intense, ongoing training and financial incentives to continue to upskill.
We have a number of Techs who are studying toward additional trades, which we fully support. We actively measure technician performance, and reward success on a monthly and annual basis.
Our technicians take ownership of their roles and their client's needs, you will be encouraged to have your say.

Given the nature of our industry, hours can be variable. We try to ensure as much structure as we can, with a planned on call roster in place to ensure you have the best chance of planning your life outside of work.
