The QA Production Coordinator assists the production team and Senior Producer in managing all activities regarding Quality Control for internal and external requirements for A44.

The QA Production Coordinator will work with internal and external QA teams to facilitate workflows and manage scheduling and administrative tasks, as well as perform other support duties such as taking, distributing and filing notes from gameplay reviews.

You will be responsible for providing gameplay focused constructive feedback to the design team, while also identifying, logging and tracking issues to ensure they are resolved as quickly as possible.

Main Tasks :

Work with the Senior Producer to maintain project schedules and resource requirements to ensure achievement of production goals.

Support and manage project management tools and methodologies such as Jira and Shotgun.

Coordinate project management processes through direct communication with team leads, artists and developers to ensure timely delivery of milestones while safeguarding quality of work.

Day to day testing and quality assurance of software in development.

Provide constructive feedback to the Design department form a player's perspective, focusing predominantly on whether combat and traversal create enjoyable experiences.

Report discovered bugs and manage the bug database.

Generate, maintain and follow test plans to ensure adequate coverage is given to each section of the game.

Prepare and deploy game builds as required.

Understand and amplify studio culture and assist with building a fantastic workplace culture.

Assist with running strategic internal events e.g. fireside chats, monthlies, staff social events.

Support for special projects and / or corporate events as required.

Facilitate studio Confluence documentation which includes capturing job functions, department workflows and learnings.

Skills Required :

A degree or other qualification in media or business management or demonstrated problem solving and communication skills in a related industry.

A basic understanding of project management tools and methodologies.

A strong interest in systems and processes.

A strong interest in the game industry.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise work to meet specific deadlines.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to plan, organise and monitor results on multiple fronts.

Enthusiasm for technical processes. Experience with Excel / Google Sheets, MS Project, JIRA and Shotgun a bonus.
