About the Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Sales Assistant to join the Sheridan team at our Homezone Outlet Store.
This is Part-Time role requires you to work 6 hours a week.
Duties
Providing an exceptional customer experience, through authentic and meaningful interactions with our Sheridan customers
Selling a premium product highlighting features and benefits
Ensuring all stock is merchandised to a high standard
Processing and replenishing stock according to company standards
Achieving sales and KPIs through consultation, service, visuals and brand inspiration
Skills + Experience
Previous customer service experience in a retail environment
Ability to engage with customers and built rapport quickly, always with a smile
Experience working to KPIs and striving to reach budgets
A positive attitude, with a strong sense of initiative
