our Accounting and Book-Keeper Partners. Since beginning life 13 years ago our primary path to market has been via this partnership with over 70% of historical sales provided through this network.
As such we are seeking to invest in this critical executive level role, reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, to ensure we continue to design, evolve and optimise the experience of these partners from their first interaction with Xero, right through to becoming a Platinum partner.
Whilst maintaining the desire to continue deepening the relationship with partners in our more established markets of Australia and NZ, it is also important that we are focused on winning, loving and growing the partner base in other parts of the world.
Our teams in the UK, Americas, South Africa and Asia are all accelerating rapidly and continue to expand our primary business network of accountants and book-
keepers in these growth markets. It is imperative that we continue to evolve the experience for both our new and established partners, whilst maintaining a global and diverse customer lens.
What you’ll doEnd to end proposition design for Accountants and Bookkeepers across the globeActive generation and understanding of customer insights from our partner researchCollaboration and coordination with all parts of our business, particularly Product, Customer Experience, Sales and regional leadership teamsBusiness leadership and the redesign and launch of the global Partner Programme ensuring it meets the needs of the Xero business whilst adding value to our Partner networkGlobal leadership of our Partner Consulting function and execution playbook for GTM regionsActive collaboration with global Marketing teams for the design, delivery and execution of Partner Marketing content Global leadership of enterprise and global strategic Accounting firmsGlobal leadership, coordination and sponsorship of our regional XPACs (Xero Partner Advisory Committee)What you’ll bring.

You will have prior experience in an executive leadership role in a complex environment and a demonstrated success of helping teams to develop, prioritise and executive choices that have led to winning in their chosen domain.
Critically your extensive program and stakeholder management will have supported you in leading complex cross-enterprise projects.
