About the Role
Come join our People and Capability team, in the role of Talent & Engagement Specialist for 6 months to support bringing on great talent to deliver our programmes, projects and initiatives across the organisation.
In this role you will :
Manage the end to end recruitment process in conjunction with our ePMO team, including sourcing, shortlisting, coordinating and participating in interviews and reference checks while providing an exceptional and consistent candidate experience
Work with the ePMO leadership team, programme managers and initiative owners to proactively manage their resource plans, including sharing of resources across the portfolio
Implement and support the development of our talent and sourcing strategy to enable our managers in making excellent hiring decisions
Be responsible for and provide tracking, reporting and analytics around recruitment to ensure effective workforce planning and enable our leadership team to make informed decisions.
Provide expertise to build capability within the business across our talent engagement process.
To be successful in this role you will have;
3-5 years' experience as a Talent and Sourcing or Recruitment Specialist in a complex, fast paced and specialist environment (ideally in an internal recruitment team)
Proven experience in proactive networking and sourcing of talent by using digital search tools, automated recruitment technologies and social media
A tertiary qualification in HR, business or related discipline, including knowledge of NZ employment legislation or relevant experience (desirable)
Experience in building successful relationships, partnering and influencing leaders at all levels of the organisation
Previous experience working in an environment applying agile methodology and knowledge of Tikanga Māori is desirable
