This will be a permanent full-time position (40 hours per fortnight) based at our Auckland office, reporting to the Tenancy Services Manager.

This role is an excellent opportunity to be part of both a local and nationwide team of social housing professionals, to contribute to the provision of much-

needed social housing and to be involved in an innovative arrangement for the provision and management of social housing.

You will be working closely with tenants, iwi, and other local communities and agencies in the Auckland area.Key responsibilities include : Managing tenancies in a way that is fair to all tenants and supports transition to, or maintenance of, socially responsible and independent living.

Selecting, placing and inducting tenants.Recording tenancy / tenant details.Conducting property inspections and organizing maintenance.

Resolving tenant disputes.What we're looking for : Experience in residential tenancy management and knowledge of the requirements of the Residential Tenancies Act (Highly Desirable).

Experience in processing tenancy applications, collecting rents / bonds, organising minor maintenance, monitoring arrears and tenant dispute resolution.

Commitment to improving social outcomes for tenants.The ability to be empathetic while also being firm and fair.Competence in record-

keeping, administration and computer use.Ability to work autonomously, have excellent time management skills, and be highly organisedAbility to develop excellent working relationships.
