Salary : $60,281 - $69,012

ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an opportunity for an experienced, qualified Pharmacy Technician to work as a senior team member in our clinical services on wards.
This role will be responsible for gathering information for medicines reconciliation and patients counselling for inpatient on several wards and also for supervising and training rotational technicians in their clinical duties.
We are hoping to grow and cement the role of Pharmacy technicians in our clinical settings, so the role will develop over time.
This position would be suitable for someone with significant hospital pharmacy experience, proven prioritisation and communication skills and the ability to manage their own workload and coordinate the workload of others.
The successful applicant will be someone who has a passion for process and service improvement.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
All applicants must possess New Zealand Pharmacy Technician Level 5 Qualification. It would be desirable to hold the Specialist Pharmacy Technician Certificate Level 6
