Parnell, AucklandAs a Product Manager, you will be responsible for setting our vision and strategy of existing product area and help develop new ones based on a big-picture vision.

As a Product Manager, you will need to : Define a prioritized roadmap for a specific product area based on the input from market, key customers and stakeholders.
Build relationships with key stakeholders and update them appropriately on product vision, strategy, releases and roadmapsWork closely with Head of Product to write business cases or narrative of a product area for product opportunity and investment justificationEngage with clients to understand market requirementsWork closely with sales and marketing to create demand for the product and ensure that sales are properly equipped to sell the product and assist the go-to-market strategyReview and publish metrics for own product areaWork autonomously through the backlog while making sure that features get delivered quickly and efficientlyMentor and coach Product AnalystsRequirements3+ years’ experience in product management or similarExperience mentoring and coaching team membersExperience defining strategic priorities, helping others relate to and align with it and setting product vision and strategyProduct Management experience and an extensive toolbox of modern product discovery practices to draw uponExperience using a range of metrics to monitor the success and health of products and servicesProven experience of making evidence-based decisionsExperience to address customer needs and connect teams closer with customers (and not just be a proxy for them)Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience building meaningful, collaborative relationships across all levels of the businessStrong facilitation and improvisation skills, with the ability to conduct effective workshops and meetingsStrong verbal and written communication skillsExperience advocating for a product or service with customers and stakeholdersExperience fostering an open and collaborative environmentBenefitsSerko's people are rewarded for their efforts with a great salary, competitive benefits, awesome offices, exceptional coffee and a great social atmosphere.
