What would you be doing?

You’ll be part of the Internal Firm Services team based in our two year old Wellington office. The Facilities team supports our business so they can deliver the best possible service to our clients.

This is a varied role with a wide range of tasks such as :

Facilities administration

Security administration

Mail & Courier

Management Of stationary,

Overseeing repairs and maintenance

Processing of invoices

Issuing of car parking and other facility related processes

The role includes :

Liaising with key stakeholders to ensure they are reporting any hazards, risks, accident or incidents

Reporting any hazards or risks immediately to the Facilities Manager / Facilities Team Leader

Liaise with cleaners and other contractors to ensure they understand their responsibilities when working in PwC offices

Oversee work being conducted by contractors in PwC offices to ensure they are safe and no damage is caused

Manage locker allocation and cleaning and our Desk allocation app

What do you need to bring to the role?

Very good communication skills and ability to liaise with all levels of staff and Partners

Positive attitude and passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience

Experience in a similar role is a must

Confident in managing contractors

Display a strong sense of teamwork
