Business Development Manager (Auckland) Up to $85k basic depending on experience + comms Car Allowance Based from Home (ideally located close to Auckland) We currently have an exciting opportunity now for a Business Development Manager within our highly successful sales team based from home covering all of New Zealand.

The role : As the Business Development Manager you play a key role in the growth and expansion of BSI New Zealand services and product offerings responsible for sales to new clients across all sectors, identify and research target companies within the local market place What we offer : We offer a highly competitive basic salary of up to $85k, great commission structure which is uncapped, car allowance and a wide range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to suit your life-style.

    This great opportunity for an ambitious professional to gain visibility within the organization, we are seek someone who meets all of the following criteria below, to be successful ideally you’ll require knowledge of related compliance, regulatory obligations which we will train you on, if you already have compliance and regulatory this would be an advantage.

    Skills : Ability to develop executive level relationships and engage with the customer to establish an understanding of their business drivers and how BSI can enable them to become more efficient.

    Excellent communication, organisation, tech savvy and problem solving skills are essential in this solutions based sales role Ability to successfully encourage the customers to expand product range Proven track record of exceeding targets and expectations Proven ability in closing business to business sales and winning new customers Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
