They are looking for two graduates to join their team as a Customer Care Administrator.The primary focus for this role will be data entry and providing excellence in care and follow up with their customers.
Your key responsibilities will include : Data entry (we use CIN7 / SFS / Xero)Internal and external stakeholder communicationAssist with workflow managementTaking phone callsTaking ownership and accountability for delivering to our customer deadlines efficiently and effectivelyRecommending improvements to our systems, processes and practicesCollaborating with your team to achieve.
About you : A tertiary degree will be required for this roleAn interest or experience in textiles or interiors is highly advantageous.
