As a Talent Business Partner, you will partner with the business including the Business Unit Leadership team and HR Business Partners to attract the best talent to Vodafone NZ and contribute to the transformation of Vodafone following our group separation.
What will I be doing?
Working with Vodafone NZ Hiring Manager’s to attract and select external and internal candidates for core, and specialist vacancies with a focus on the quality and cultural fit of candidates
Driving our talent pipeline and candidate management strategies for business critical or hard to fill roles
Developing engaging and on-brand recruitment marketing initiatives across all channels including website, social media platforms, referrals and job boards
Ensuring best practice tools (assessment, selection, referencing etc.) are in place and being applied correctly
Upskilling hiring managers on candidate selection, interviewing etc. in accordance with industry best practice in order to attract top talent
Designing and delivering talent acquisition projects i.e. employment brand, social media, diversity and inclusion and process improvement
Project work aligned to your interest e.g. diversity & inclusion, EVP, assessment centre design etc.
What Will I Bring?
Previous recruitment / talent acquisition experience from either a large corporate in-house and / or a fast paced agency environment (experience recruiting across corporate function roles would be a plus!)
Proven success working at pace, across diverse vacancies and stakeholders
Excellent interpersonal communication ability and relationship building, including influencing
Multi-channel recruitment marketing experience, and a proactive / creative approach to candidate attraction strategies
In-depth experience with a variety of ATS, and other recruitment / productivity tools
Strong results orientation with a track record of achieving exceptional results
A strong sense of ownership and the ability to think outside of the box
A team first and curious mind-set
