This is an exciting new opportunity for an HR generalist to join our team and make their mark.The roleWorking closely with the Regional Managers and management teams in Nelson / Marlborough, you will be responsible for supporting the region in all aspects of HR and recruitment.
Your key responsibilities will include : Serving as a primary point of contact of all HR and recruitment queriesMaintaining all administration functions in our internal system Workday’Providing end to end recruitment support writing and posting job adverts, sourcing candidatesSupporting the region with the annual performance review process, Collective negations and Workplace survey actionsProviding advice and support on employment issues and the application of HR proceduresProject work as required and directed by the Nelson or Marlborough Regional ManagersIf you are looking for a unique opportunity to play a key role in supporting the day-to-day functioning of our Nelson and Marlborough Regions, then this is the position for you.
