If you have previous leadership experience, are self-motivated and believe that your people are everything (team & customers) and are looking at furthering yourself in a career in fashion, then this position is for you!

This opportunity involves :

Leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service

Styling customers

Driving sales and KPI’s

Visual merchandising

Managing store administrative requirements


Training and development of your team (and you!)

Maintaining store standards

Ideally, you have :

Passion for the retail and customer service industry

Excellent customer service skills

Effective leadership and training skills

High motivation to reach goals

Initiative & effective communication

Management experience

Knowledge of working with KPI’s, wage percentages and rostering

Immaculate presentation
