  • make a difference by helping new and existing customers determine their home, car and contents insurance needs. Day to day you will be : Ensure quotes are followed up within a timely mannerIdentify opportunities by being curious and interested in the needs of your customersUp-

  • sell, cross sell and add value to each interactionEliminating stress and provide certainty for customers during the callThe hours : You will need to be available to work rotating rosters Monday Friday 8am 8pm;
  • Saturday and Sunday 8am 6pmYou will be required to work one Saturday per monthTraining and Career Development : Your first 5 6 weeks will consist of training during standard business hoursFor 2 4 weeks after this you will buddy with an experienced staff member for further support and trainingOngoing learning and development is offered gain work experience in other teams, receive one-
