DescriptionWe are looking for a motivated Part Time Fixed-Term Shop Assistant (6 Months) to join our friendly team at our PB Tech Express Henderson Store!We are looking for a Superstar that will not only passionate for technology products but who will also be driven to deliver excellent customer service to our customers.Tasks and Responsibilities :
Provide a fantastic in-store experience including welcoming, assisting, and building strong relationships with customers.
Ensure product knowledge is current and up-to-date across all product ranges.
Ensure customers are assisted and their expectations are met throughout the end of the sales process.
Provide customers with all relevant product information to assist them with decision making.
Process sales transactions accurately including cash, invoice, and credit.
Complete exchange, credit note or refund procedures for customers in line with the company policies.
Follow up on any customer issues promptly and within expected time frames.RequirementsThe successful candidate for Shop Assistant must have the following attributes :
Excellent customer service skills. Work experience in customer service field is a plus.
Fluent English communication skill in both verbal and writing.
Excellent telephone and e-mail skills.
Well handle stress and multi-tasking.
A passion for technology with a constant drive to learn and grow.
Strong work ethic, outgoing personality and a team player.
