They run the store as if it was their own, from managing stock, to owning the results to of course ensuring our customers leave delighted and the team is excited to come to work.

We are looking for a Full time Store Leader primarily to work at Queenstown Airport but also our Queenstown Clocktower store, to join our friendly team and help us to drive team engagement and deliver prompt, friendly and enthusiastic customer service.

You will need to have : A minimum of 2 years Retail experience with a sales or customer service background Retail, cash handling and / or banking experience Be able to inspire and motivate team members and be an energetic team player with excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills Have a natural ability for motivating and leading a team to success, driving a positive work environment Demonstrated success in sales and negotiation Experience managing budgets and the P&L of a successful store Demonstrated maths proficiency and analytical skills Ability to work independently or in a team environment Experience working with foreign currencies is not essential, as full training will be provided As this is a retail role flexibility with workdays (including weekend shifts and public holidays), and hours is required This is an exciting opportunity that will draw on your leadership, selling, customer service, communication and numeracy skills.
