Skills / Competencies :
IT Service Management (ITSM) based on ITIL best practices
ITIL Service processes of Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Request fulfillment, Configuration Management and Service Desk function.
Handled multiple projects for IT Service Management (ITSM) tools (ServiceNow) implementation and customization based on ITIL best practices.
Experience in designing the solution for clients
Clear understanding of process-centric IT, the interaction of human-based and system-based processes and business events, and Service Management best practices
Excellent consulting skills - Requirements gathering and problem-solving methods, Communication and presentation skills and Client management
Detailed knowledge and experience of ServiceNow.
Integration of ServiceNow with other applications & toolsets
Java Scripting and Angular JS hands on experience
Proven experience including full development lifecycle (requirements, design, build, test, deploy, support) and IT service delivery management experience
Experience of working in an agile environment
Team leading and / or management, including team planning and prioritizing
Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
Certified ServiceNow Administrator
Certified Implementation Specialist
ITIL V3 Foundation

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
