This role is within our Financial Advisory Services line of service working with our Operations team.

What would you be doing?

This role is reporting to our Senior Operations Administrator and will see you managing staff and client access to our cloud tools, running weekly and monthly reports, e-filing of tax returns, database management and being the first point of contact for Inland Revenue.

This role offers the chance to work in a fast paced environment with a wide variety of talented people.

What do you need to bring to the role?

The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 1 year’s administration experience coupled with a well-developed ability in accounting systems, as well as the following :

An ability to think laterally and identify options and solutions to problems

Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong collaborative approach

Business and commercial acumen

Excellent document management skills quality output and an eye for detail

Excellent communication skills and comfortable interacting with internal and external stakeholders

Highly organised, with an ability to effectively plan and prioritise multiple tasks and manage time to meet deadlines

Strong communication skills, both oral and written
