Auckland CBD locationProviding end to end claims management for property and contentsPlay a pivotal part towards the success of our General Insurance teamYour new roleReporting into the Team Leader BAU & EQC Claims, your role will involve you supporting our customers and clients with managing their property and contents related claims through to completion.
Utilising your general insurance claims expertise and your relationship building skills you will be providing advice, guidance and liaising with our customers, the insurers, assessors and suppliers throughout the claim process.

You will also have an inquisitive mind and the ability to grasp and comprehend a wide range of circumstances, and not be afraid to ask questions and go that extra mile!You will possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written, be computer savvy, and have sound numerical skills.
You will strive to put our customers first to ensure they have the best possible experience at every touch point. The ability to manage your workload and be committed to delivering a high level of service in all aspects of your work is paramount.
This is a busy role, particularly when weather events occur, which will utilise all your skills.You will also need at least two years’ previous experience in general insurance primarily in property claims, or EQC claims management experience.
