Here’s a snapshot of your day;
Provide key administrative support to a team of highly successful real estate professionals.
Various marketing responsibilities such as : prepare marketing campaigns, drafting Information packs, producing brochures, uploading Internet listings, arranging signboards and organising marketing collateral.
Organise meetings, client activities and functions, catering, travel and accommodation booking
Credit card reconciliations and expense claims
Database and file management in our Salesforce and Market IQ systems (we can teach you these!).
Here are some of the strengths you’ll have to help us deliver;
Experience providing administration support in a busy professional environment.
Intermediate MS office skills including PowerPoint. InDesign would be advantageous but not essential
Ability to manage numerous different tasks simultaneously and deliver to deadlines.
Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
