Who are we?
NZCare Disability is a National provider of a range of support services to people with intellectual and physical disabilities.
Our aim is to maximise the independence and quality of life of the people we support. Services include residential support, respite care and vocational services.
What does a Team Leader do?
A Team Leader works within a Support Worker team to deliver quality support to people with disabilities, assisting them in their daily living needs.
Working collaboratively with a Service Manager, they are responsible for overseeing the effective day-to-day support provided in the service.
These are hands-on roles encompassing personal cares, cooking, general household duties and leisure activities at home and in the community.
What skills do I need?
Experience working with challenging behaviour would be an advantage.

The starting pay rate for this position is $19.00 per hour depending on relevant qualifications.
