Permanent 80 hours per fortnight

Weare looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic administrator to join ourteam in Hamilton to assist us in fulfilling administrative needs to over 12,000clients.

ChronicCare and Community Medical Services is a collection of services, transformingand integrating community services to prevent avoidable presentations to theemergency department and other emergent care services.

The collection of services provides shortterm and long term care management and restorative rehabilitation solutions.This role will primarily be based in the Disability Support Link (DSL) office,Waikato Hospital Waiora CBD, 87 Alexandra Street, Hamilton

  • excellentcomputer skills, with good understanding of Microsoft packages including butnot limited to Outlook, Word and Excel
  • accountprocessing and Oracle ordering (desirable)
  • excellentinterpersonal and communication skills and ability to multitask in a busy butenergetic environment.
  • theability to prioritise and manage a variety of tasks.
  • previousadministration, telephone / reception experience.
  • Preferencewill be given to candidates with previous New Zealand administration experiencein a medium to large organisation, and working knowledge of the health sector.

    Orientation,ongoing training, supervision and support for working across organisational boundarieswill be provided for the successful applicant
