Welcome to the new "Resilience and Assurance Services" Team. This is an exciting time for us as we look to implement and embed our new operating and service delivery model!

We're looking for a Principal Consultant to provide support, advice, monitoring and reporting to the Manager Privacy Assurance and team members in the Privacy focus areas.

Core responsibilities include :

  • ensuring that fit-for-purpose site and business continuity plans are in place,
  • relevant training and awareness learning objectives are met (CIMS, Warden Training etc),
  • arranging courses
  • routine follow-up actions are completed
  • reporting on completion of agreed activities.
  • The Principal consultant is recognised as a thought leader and will provide technical leadership and senior strategic level consultancy support to the Manager Privacy Assurance.

    To be successful, were looking for Consultancy or Principal Consultancy experience in large and complex organisations, including :

  • Implementing pragmatic standards and policy frameworks
  • Championing privacy to optimise service delivery and operations
  • Coaching and guiding managers / staff and ideally Influencing business practices across business groups
  • Sound understanding of All of Government management principles and offerings

  • Evaluator of effectiveness, collation of learnings and continuous improvement.

    Salary Range : The appointing salary for the roles will be between $100,221 - $141,488 based on skills and experience.
