How You’ll Shine
Our company’s vision is to put the world on vacation! As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible to provide a personalised yet consistent experience to our valued owners and guests during their stay.
A focus on providing a high level of service to support their needs along with supporting the day-to-day operation of the hotel front desk.
This includes but is not limited to;
Greeting and registering of owners and guests through a personalised check in and check out process
Providing information to local area attractions & dispensing information and portage of luggage,
Cash handling and balancing procedures,
Tour & travel enquiries / bookings & reservations,
Supporting night audit procedures
Have a full understanding, and ensure correct procedures are followed regarding lost property
Ensure proper reporting and recording of all items of maintenance required in guest rooms and public areas
Ensure resort security procedures are always adhered to
Provide a neat, professional appearance and safe workplace including maintaining reception and foyer area in a clean and tidy state at all times

High standard of personal grooming
Excellent communications skills (both verbal & written)
Demonstrates exceptional customer service and a passion for it
Possess a thorough knowledge of the operation of Email, MS Office Suite, PABX, RMS, Credit Card settlement machines, facsimile, etc.
Previous experience with a PMS system (Hirum, Fidelio, Opera etc) advantageous
