Key responsibilities

  • Ensure prompt, accurate completion and issue of policies by liaising with financial advisors, customers and external service providers.
  • Provide efficient and accurate new business processing and service.
  • Regularly follow up all pending business with customers / advisers and correctly respond to queries.
  • Contribute to the provision of quality customer service.
  • Ensure that you effectively contribute to the success and smooth operation of the Operations function.
  • Contribute to ongoing continuous improvement.
  • What we are looking for :

  • Can do attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast paced high pressure environment
  • Someone who is passionate about being part of and contributing to a high function team
  • Life insurance, systems and product knowledge would be an advantage
  • Computer skills to a competent level Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook
  • Great customer service experience
  • Administration and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High standard of accuracy (an eye for detail)
