The ideal candidate will :

  • Have experience in a similar role. We will accept applications from Senior Chefs who have experience around COG’s and ordering
  • Have exceptional culinary skills with a passion for pushing the boundaries
  • Have proven communication skills
  • Ability to empower team by passing on culinary knowledge and experience
  • Show a willingness to be hands-on during key service times weekends and evenings included
  • Have an ability to follow and execute Food Safety plan and follow company procedures
  • Have high personal standards passed on to the entire kitchen team
