Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will lead / manage and mentor a highly skilled team at a strategic and operational level.
You will ensure ongoing operational performance of the Applications team is met by developing, implementing and maintaining workforce and operational business plans.
It will be your responsibly to ensure the impact of changes to any of the components supporting enterprise applications are understood and managed to maintain defined service levels.
You will be responsible for the overall management of service restoration for major incidents.

To be successful in this role you will show experience in managing applications and their integration with business requirements and technical environment in a large and complex service delivery environment.
Additionally, you will have highly developed interpersonal, written and oral communications as you will work collaboratively with business representatives and internal and external stakeholders.
