Opportunity to work with a fast-growing startupHave full ownership of new and existing customersRelationship building and sales within the construction industryThis is a rare opportunity for someone who understands the construction space and is interested in shifting their career into a new space with an industry-disrupting QA software product.

This is a role that focuses on being able to own and grow a portfolio of customers. AMs will have full ownership of existing accounts with their customer type and will own any new opportunities given to them by the sales reps within that same customer type.

You will be responsible for : Owning a customer’s journey to upsellManage a portfolio of accountsScope a customer’s quality plans and train users on how to deliver quality plans to the businessMonitor customer engagementTake the correct action to drive engagementDeepen customer relationships to grow their account with upsell opportunitiesClearly communicate internally and externally, logging everything in SalesforceYou will be accountable for : Growing and maintaining a portfolio of accountsAccount Managers are accountable for net monthly revenue targets (Gross - Churn Net)Competencies of this person are : Action OrientatedDrives For ResultsCustomer FocusedIntergrity & TrustComposureTechnical LearningIf this sounds like something you would like to get involved in, apply online now and we will be in touch!
