What would you be doing?

PwC’s Business Support team plays an integral part of the Internal Firm Services framework - supporting our business with highly skilled, technical and adaptive support staff.

As a Business Assistant you will be responsible for working with our PwC Private Office & International Assignment Services team, providing diary management, project coordination, administrative support and enabling our people and teams to perform to the highest standard.

With an ever changing and fast moving environment you need to be ready and flexible to support the business needs; you will forge strong relationships and manage a wide variety of requests with confidence.

Your key responsibilities would include but not be limited to :

Diary management and coordination of Partner diaries

Planning and coordinating client and internal meetings, including room bookings, video conference support and catering requirements

Coordinating document production through our Internal Service Delivery Centre, ensuring that our presentation is of the highest quality and adhering to PwC brand standards

Project coordination with client engagement for sector teams and priority clients

Supporting the wider Business Support teams in preparation for billing and client engagement economics in a timely manner

Event support & coordination for local and national events - working closely with our Markets team

What do you need to bring to the role?

Successful candidates will be highly motivated, provide outstanding client service delivery and be able to manage workloads and deadlines effectively.

A proven track record of experience in a Personal Assistant / Secretarial and or Business Administration capacity

Experience within a professional services or corporate environment is preferred

Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office and Google Suites

Strong project coordination skills and ability to work collaboratively

Highly organised and resilient with an ability to effectively plan and prioritise multiple tasks and manage time to meet deadlines in a changing environment

Confident in managing all levels of stakeholder
