So what are we looking for? We are looking for an energetic and passionate Customer Experience Specialist to make our user experience a dream and to help us to become the market leader in customer service.

What your day will look like :

  • Serve as our customer’s primary point of contact, as the customer’s internal voice and our external ear
  • Take full ownership of customer feedback, complaints and general enquiries
  • Help drive positive change throughout the business by identifying and solving customer issues and proposing next level process improvements
  • Follow internal workflows and processes carefully with a strong attention to detail
  • Manage inbound / outbound customer calls and ticket handling and escalate requests to other team members
  • Take ownership of customer interactions and transform our customers into lifelong users
  • You will thrive in this role if you have :

  • 6 or more months of experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent collaboration skills and a passion for working in a team, sharing knowledge and supporting one another
  • Great problem solving skills and ability to think fast on your feet
  • Empathy and ability to put yourself in the customers shoes
  • The ability to be adaptable and comfortable taking the initiative
