We’re looking for hard-working, sociable people to lead a team and install event infrastructure at racing, sporting and music events across the country.

Due to the nature of events, hours will vary week to week. The minimum hours specified in this ad are an indicationWe are looking for physically fit team-leaders to join our Team in Auckland, Wellington & Dunedin.

From Christchurch Cup Week to the Dragon boating Nationals and loads of awesome events, festivals and race days in between - we need you to make it happen!You’ll be leading a close-knit team to install top quality event infrastructure safely and on-time.

The Event Delivery Team Leaders supervise as well as contribute to team member duties of the regional Event Delivery Teams (EDT) to deliver exceptional service to racing clubs.

You’ll coordinate, supervise and provide direction to your team members, ensuring the team is operating safely and effectively at all times.

You’ll be the on-site liaison with clubs, operate the Club charge sheets, collate timesheets and expense information, and ensure your team is contributing to the customer experience.

We cover all your travel and housing costs during event times while on the road. Your team will be your tribe, and you will spend your days outdoors building awesome event areas, creating friendships and interacting with customers and guests to make their experiences amazing.

  • To be successful in the role, you must meet the following requirements : A reliable team-player with exceptional leadership skills that can support a team with effective communication and guidanceSuccessful in coordinating people, resources and schedules to achieve goals;
  • manages the plan and execution of complex and detailed projectsPhysically fit with the ability to do full days of manual work lifting equipment and setting up marqueesAvailability and willingness to work and travel weekends, overnight and through holiday periods for a 3-4 month fixed term contractA drivers licence and able to drive a manual vehicle (stick shift)Successfully undergo pre-employment Drug, Alcohol and Medical testingSound like you?
