    The Role

    We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our Sales Administration team in Christchurch providing effective and efficient branch administration support for the South Island region on part time basis (20hrs per week) .

    Key responsibilities include :

  • Branch ordering and billing,
  • Managing accruals for branches (including WIP Management),
  • Managing Forecasting Sheet & Reporting,
  • Managing Branch unfinanced Deals in consultation with the Branch & Finance Manager,
  • Stock Management,
  • Providing support to the other regional branch administrators as required.
  • About You

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a similar administration / support role exposure to a sales environment would be highly regarded
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge in MS Excel and Word
  • Exposure to AS400 and CRM tools preferred but not essential
  • Basic Accounting knowledge would be highly regarded
  • Excellent intuition and good problem solving skills - you’re in tune and attentive to other people’s needs, you see problems and resolve them before they become an issue.
  • A friendly 'can do' attitude and sense of humour is worth its weight in gold along with excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • You will possess the ability to work to a deadline, multi-task, re-prioritise quickly and time manage efficiently. You will have an eye for detail and be quality conscious.
  • As we are a small team, there is crossover between roles, so we are looking for a versatile team player.
  • You'll be loyal, punctual, professional and extremely organised.
