This role is responsible for receiving telephone, internet and web enquiries from customers located throughout New Zealand.
Our Consultants provide advice and assistance on Crown’s range of services and ensure a great customer experience by demonstrating exceptional listening and decision making skills.
You will be engaging, friendly and confident with an outstanding telephone manner.
