Personnel Resources / Temp Resources is a wellestablished Recruitment Agency that specialise in placing candidates into Temporary, Contract and Permanent roles.

Our client is a highly successful and well-established company who are currently seeking an experienced and professional candidate to provide a high level of Accounts / Office Administration and support.

This is a full time (40 hours) permanent position.

As the Accounts / Office you will play an integral part in the team and you will look after a broad range of areas. You will be responsible for assisting in all the day to day administration procedures of reception, customer service, general administration, invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations.

The role is diverse and varied with responsibilities including, but not limited to :

  • Bank reconciliations
  • General administration duties
  • Assisting fellow team members with adhoc duties as required
  • In order to ensure success in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes :

  • Solid Accounts / Office Administration experience
  • Strong knowledge of Xero
  • Excellent numeracy skills combined with an inquiring, analytical mind
  • Excellent ability to multitask and prioritise workload
  • Strong customer focus
  • High level of attention to detail
