You’ll service and grow business written across a portfolio of complex / corporate type relationship clients through the implementation of a comprehensive client service plan within the territory.
You’ll acquire new to Bank clients through the implementation of a comprehensive business development plan for the territory / patch with a specific focus on seeking business from third party strategic business originators, professionals and personal networks.
You’ll give your customers the optimum level of client service and compliance.
Does this sound like you?
You’re a senior banker with experience managing a portfolio of complex rural banking / business customers. You’ll have extensive corporate / complex lending experience.
With a genuine passion for providing personalised products and services to New Zealand farmers, you’re a self starter who enjoys working in an ever changing environment.
A critical thinker, who’s collaborative and happy to flex when required, you’re great to deal with and skilled at building long term relationships internally and externally.
