Since inception 4 months ago, they have experienced nothing but speed and evolution so far. Their H / O is based in France, with offices worldwide and sit under a large, established umbrella company with multiple locations across ANZ.

The Opportunities!We are currently seeking TWO Executive Assistants to support the GM of ANZ and Global Head respectively.

These roles are newly created and are open to working at one of our client’s many office locations across Australia and New Zealand.

They are a crucial part in providing extensive support to the executives across reporting (sales), diary and email management, patent and legislation and project management.

No two days will be the same.You’ll be working in a demanding, fast-paced and highly dynamic executive support role, coordinating various time zones and managing multiple conflicting priorities, all while having the boldness to make mistakes while the business continues to scale-up.
