What you will do
You will develop, cultivate and maintain part of a nationwide property programme focussed on commercial property relationships with iwi partners of Te Ope Kātua o Aotearoa (the NZ Defence Force).

Please note : This position requires some domestic travel throughout New Zealand, so a full drivers' license is essential.
What we need
You will have a working knowledge of the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi (the Treaty of Waitangi), and an understanding of property and preferably contract law to effectively foster relationships between the Crown and Māori.
You will be self-motivated, determined and solution-focussed; with an ability to readily identify potential effects and have honest conversations around them.
You will also bring :
An understanding of tikanga Māori and an ability to converse in Te Reo would be highly preferable.
