Within our Markets team in Tamaki Makaurau / Auckland there is a need for a Senior Sales & Client Development Manager with knowledge and experience in the consulting sector to join the team.
This role is a senior advisor and coach to the Consulting Partners and sector teams as they generate pipeline, take new products and services to market and develop long term client relationships.
Some of the key responsibilities include :
Working with account and sector teams to deliver services and solutions that help our clients solve their most important problems or realise their biggest opportunities
Working with sector lead partners to drive execution of annual business plans around revenue, market share and relationship growth
Coaching stakeholders on complex bids, including go / no go decisions, win strategy, value-proposition development and proposal roadmaps
Playing an advisory role on key firm priorities, go to market’ propositions, products and pursuits and advising teams on pricing strategies and tactics
Driving Salesforce adoption and insight generation to enhance client relationships and pipeline development

10-15 years’ experience successfully leading and coaching major sales strategies, priority accounts and bids and opportunities
In-depth and relevant experience at senior manager level within a B2B or professional services environment
Strong people skills with the ability to quickly build trust, credibility and rapport with senior stakeholders
Excellent facilitation and sales skills and the ability to work as a trusted advisor to the most senior people in the firm
Collaborative team player bringing a track record of working successfully as a member of multidisciplinary sales and marketing communications teams
Excellent communication skills; speaking, writing and editing, confident in front of large groups, assertive but diplomatic in nature
