RESPONSIBILITIES : Sales Management : Build and manage an aggressive Diversey target accounts list / sales funnel and ensure these targets are pursued with a high level of focus Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets Maintain and analyse end user customer data Identify current industry standards and regulatory requirements that relate to cleaning, hygiene and food safety products Identify and assist response documents for all major tender opportunities.
Develop strong relationships with key industry groups and networks to assist with the growth of Diversey products. Work closely with Diversey Marketing, Technical, Sales and Sector leads where required to ensure support in growth targets and product development in achieved.
Assist existing accounts as well as distributors and their clients, as directed, established by management ensuring all Diversey products and equipment are maintained in a safe and practical working order.
During the installation and commissioning process, perform required quality checks and light maintenance on equipment at customers’ premises to keep equipment fully operational.
Plan, coordinate and actively participate in site assessments, demonstrations, trials, mobilisations, commissioning / mapping and training requirements in conjunction with the National Key Accounts Manager.
Complete necessary documentation as required. Ensure all required survey and training reports are submitted on time, including financial reporting Establish standards of safe work practices and hygiene and ensure appropriate safety equipment and clothing are work, and work in a safe manner at all times obeying all rules and regulations of Diversey and relevant outside authorities Train Diversey personnel or customer’s personnel on use of company products, machines, occupational health and safety aspects when required ensuring complete documentation as required.
Ensure customers receive Safety Data Sheets, Product Information & Risk Assessments (where applicable) wall charts and conduct and document all formal and on the job training sessions as per customer’s requirements Provide technical help and advice to customers and Diversey employees Ensure Salesforce system is maintained and updated regularly Attend relevant trade shows in conjunction with the National Key Accounts Manager, and ensure timely follow-up on all leads Learn and contribute to the strategic plans for Diversey NZ Professional.
