Zero Fire is an exciting, fast growing company, which has recently become the largest installation company for commercial and residential fire protection sprinkler systems in the Waikato.

They offer whole package servicesto their clients, from in-house design to project management and then system installation, which makes them a unique player in the industry.

  • In the role of Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration of all contracts for service. Specifically, you will obtain quotes for materials;
  • place orders; raise PO numbers and match invoices to PO numbers; set up installation jobs; compile manuals; maintain company registers (such as health & safety;
  • vehicle; uniform etc) and file documentation. In addition you will set up client project folders ensuring all documentation is present and up to date;
  • liaise with suppliers and form strong relationships with suppliers; other employees and clients. This role is a critical one in the business and you will be seen as the hub supporting the team, including providing administration support to the Management team..

    To be successful in this role, you will have :

  • Strong Microsoft Office suite skills including intermediate Excel;
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships quickly and with ease;
  • Exceptional organisational skills including time management and attention to detail
  • A positive can do’ attitude and ability to use your initiative
  • Proven ability to plan and prioritise work flow
  • Experience with Xero would be an advantage but not essential preferred
  • An uncompromising focus on health and safety in the workplace.
