We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our team in the role of HR Services Manager!
In your role, you will lead the HR Services function delivering expertise, leadership and guidance around our people management practices, policies and procedures.
This role is responsible for our HR master data & reporting, day-to-day management of our core HR systems and management of our remuneration, benefits & recognition.
HR Services provides core HR delivery both directly to the business and through supporting the other parts of HR.
This role reports to our Executive General Manager People & Culture, and plays an active role as part of our wider HR Leadership team.
We are looking for an experienced HR practitioner who lives and breathes what they do. You will bring a breath of knowledge across all areas of HR, with particular expertise in HR analytics / data, policies and processes improvement, generalist HR, prior exposure managing remuneration & benefits combined with proven leadership skills.
Ideally, you have experience working within larger or complex organisations.
