Administration Assistant - Dunedin Make a Difference with NZ Blood! New Zealand Blood Service has an opportunity for an experienced level role to join our friendly Administration team located in the Dunedin Donor Centre.
This diverse role, which includes front line reception together with a wide variety of other administrative office duties, is now available for the right person.
The NZ Blood Service has sole responsibility for collecting, processing and distributing blood and blood products in New Zealand.

To join our fantastic team, you will have : Proven communication skills / customer service and the ability to establish good relationships with a variety of people Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications Ability and willingness to learn new skills, with an attention to detail Organised and able to prioritise when under pressure You will need to be flexible as your 8 hour shifts will be rotating roster between the hours of 7am and 7.
