We are looking for a new team mate with skills, knowledge and experience specific to building relationships and delighting our clients.
Essentially you will be responsible for a portfolio of SnapHire customers, engaging with business leaders, HR and talent acquisition managers, recruiters and hiring managers in order to gain a detailed understanding of how their organisation ticks, their challenges, and what success looks like to the key recruitment stakeholders.
You'll work closely with them to identify strategies to achieve their organisational goals. However you're not in it alone though, you are part of a wider team comprising other Relationship Managers, Client Success Consultants, Software Engineers, and an Operations team who are all committed to helping both you and our client organisations.
A week in the life of a Relationship Manager involves :
Meetings with your clients both offsite, in our office, and over Zoom to discuss current work and provide updates on projects
Liaising / engaging with your clients regarding any large programmes of work
Seeing any opportunities in the room, helping to prepare proposals / presentations / statements of work around any project that helps your client deliver against their recruitment strategy
Working with other teams across to company to ensure you / your team are clear on their deliverables
Creating high quality presentations / webinars aligned with our Aotal brand
Being your client's key point of contact at Aotal regarding any aspect of our relationship, answering their questions and ensuring they are always kept in the loop
Taking responsibility for renewing your client's contracts as required
Meeting with your team to share learnings / client feedback and gain support as you continue learning and growing in your role and your career
Proactively engage and build genuine relationships with customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their organisation, their hiring needs, and the challenges they face
You possess a confident and engaging personality with a goal of achieving trusted advisor status - people will want to meet with you!
You'll ideally be based in Auckland, but your customer portfolio will be NZ-wide and could potentially include some of our Australian clients
You'll know the importance of a company's culture, and you will strongly believe in a partnership and solutions orientated approach to customer relations
You are motivated to use your commercial acumen towards growing our client's adoption of HR tech and tools in order to add value and in doing so make them more productive and efficient
The client's best interest will be at the heart of everything you do!
You are outgoing and eager to build strong and meaningful relationships with customers and industry partners in a wide variety of settings and situations
Your communication skills are exceptional. Internal and external, written and oral communication are critical in this role.
You have an ability to present and interact with customers at all levels up to C-Level with ease and professionalism
You possess strong attention to detail (you will be preparing proposals, quotes, contracts, invoices, internal reports etc)
You have an interest in continuous improvement, both internally, and for our clients, challenging the status quo when appropriate
You have grit, and a proven track record of success
Qualifications / Experience :
Ideally Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science (BSc, MCA), HR or Communications etc.
5+ years of relationship management, account management or consulting
Track record of demonstrating excellent customer satisfaction, building relationships, problem-solving skills, de-escalation and emotional intelligence
Hands-on expertise with SaaS software applications and best practices
Ability to communicate complex issues and creative solutions in an easy to understand manner
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with good judgement and decision making
Ability to conduct oneself with professionalism in all situations, including in high-pressure scenarios
Experience with ATS, HR technologies, as well as, SaaS / On-Demand applications
Financial acumen around professional services KPIs (i.e. revenue, margin, utilization)
