Weare looking for an efficient administrator with outstanding communication andorganisational skills to join our clinical services support team at WairauHospital.
You will provide administrative support to our consultants andclinical teams. This will include accurate data management and maintenance ofour patient information system, managing elective surgery bookings viawait-lists, and ensure the efficient and accurate processing of documentation.
You may also be required to undertake typing of medical documents.
This is a permanent position working 72 hours a fortnight (0.9FTE). Hours of work will be Monday to Friday betweenthe hours of 7.00AM and 5.30PM.
Thestarting salary for this role is $47,580 (pro-rata). Our preferred applicant may be required to undertake a computerskills assessment.

You’llrespect the importance of maintaining patient confidentiality and will havedemonstrated the ability to manage a busy workload.
You’ll be bright, outgoingand possess excellent interpersonal skills, and will provide a consistentlyhigh standard of customer service to our team.
It’s essential that you have asound knowledge of the MS Office Suite and are a competent typist (50+ wpm). Dictaphone experience andknowledge of medical terminology would be advantageous.
