Our client is a well-established wholesale supply & distribution company that continues to expand its business nationally through a strong commitment to longer term investment strategies, while working in partnership with its suppliers and customers.
The Head Office is based in Christchurch.
This is an opportunity for an experienced EA to work alongside the Chief Executive, while also supporting the management team, as well as taking responsibility for their communications functions.
The communications function includes coordinating the production of customer newsletters, and the organising of events. As such this is a busy and varied role, but also means you will need to be flexible and happy to respond to situations as they arise, all while staying calm and collected.
You will also be privy to some pretty important information so you will need to maintain confidentiality at all times, and thrive in working in what can be a fast paced environment.
The usual attributes of good time management, enthusiasm and the ability to use your own initiative will be second nature to you.
